 It
is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has
been created from recipes contributed form all over
the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A
great many of the recipes do not have any details as
to who sent them in or from where they came. It would
be a shame not to share them with you for this reason
alone.
This
Welsh recipe is one such recipe. If you know where it
originated, or perhaps it is even yours, let me know

Ingredients
5
oz fresh white breadcrumbs
1 x small onion finely chopped
3 oz grated cheese
1 x salt and pepper
1 x pinch of mustard
2 eggs
1 x flour and raspings to coat
Method
- Mix
breadcrumbs and cheese, finely chopped onion and seasoning.

Beat together 1 egg and 1 egg yolk and use to bind
mixture.
- Make
into even sized sausage shapes (12) and roll in flour.
- Coat
in beaten egg white and raspings.
Definition
of raspings:
Very finely grated stale bread.
