Mint
and Nut Chocolate Fudge

been created from recipes contributed form all over
the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A
great many of the recipes do not have any details as
to who sent them in or from where they came. It would
be a shame not to share them with you for this reason
alone.
This
recipe is one such recipe. If you know where it originated,

Ingredients
7
oz marshmallow cream (1 jar)
1 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- In
a heavy saucepan combine the marshmallow cream, sugar,
evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring fully to the
boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove
from heat and add the mint chocolate chips, stirring
until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add
the nuts and vanilla extract.
- Pour
into an 8 inch square pan lined with tin foil.
- Chill
in the fridge for about 2 hours until firm and then
cut into 1 inch squares.
