to who sent them in or from where they came. It would
be a shame not to share them with you for this reason

cup vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1 cup ground toasted almonds
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
1 envelope unflavoured gelatine
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup double (heavy) cream, whipped
a large bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, the
almonds, the butter and the sugar and mix well.
down firmly into 9-inch spring form pan so that the
bottom is covered and 2 1/2 inches up the sides. Set
over hot (not boiling) water the milk chocolate chips
and stir until smooth. Set aside.

and the melted chocolate chips, beating until fluffy.
