450g (16ozs) Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat free bread
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
6tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 tsp lemon juice
325ml (11 floz) warm dairy free milk.
2 tsp quick dried yeast
6tbsp tomato puree
