Guinness Cheese and Ham Toasties

Ingredients for Guinness Cheese and Ham Toasties

4 thick slices of white bread
100g good quality ham, fat removed and chopped
100g reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
4 tbsp HP Guinness sauce

How to make Guinness Cheese and Ham Toasties

  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Grill the bread on both sides to brown.
  • Top toasted bread with ham then cheese and finish with HP Guinness sauce.
  • Place under the grill for 2 - 3 minutes until bubbling and golden and serve immediately.

Tip:

  • Alternatively cook the ribs in a preheated 200C, fan 180C, gas 6 oven for 15-20 minutes until heated right through.
