recipe is so gorgeous, everybody I've ever served it
to goes WOW!!! So I'd like to share it with you. It's
very economical so even students could do it. Equally
good on the BBQ and yummylicious cold in a picnic or
packed lunch. SO, GET YOUR LIPS AROUND MY THIGHS TONIGHT!"
skinned & boned chicken thighs
8 rashers smoked streaky bacon
juice & grated zest of 1 orange
juice & grated zest of 1 lime or lemon
4 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
½ - 1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons of olive oil
all the marinade ingredients together (that means
everything except the chicken and bacon).
the chicken for at least 2 hours, much better if you
can leave it overnight.
each piece of chicken in the bacon.
for 40 mins at 190ºC.
with whatever you like, rice is good with a nice salad.
