Sautéed Soft Shell Crabs

6 Soft shell crabs, dressed
1/4 cup flour
1/4 pound butter
Salt & pepper
Brandy (optional)

  • Dredge cleaned crabs in flour
  • Melt butter in a large pan

Sauté the soft-shell crabs 5 minutes on each side. When almost done drizzle a tablespoon of brandy. Remove the crabs from the pan and add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with lime and lemon wedges and serve.
