6 Soft shell
1/4 cup flour
1/4 pound butter
Salt & pepper
- Dredge cleaned
crabs in flour
- Melt butter
in a large pan
Sauté the soft-shell crabs 5 minutes on each side. When
almost done drizzle a tablespoon of brandy.
Remove the crabs from the pan and add salt and
pepper to taste. Garnish with lime and lemon
wedges and serve.
