of the motivation provided by the arrival of Crazychef
with his love of chillies! Try it with a nice
lamb escalope and you won't be disappointed.
brown cap mushrooms (your choice) quartered
I medium courgette sliced thinly
5 crushed sloves of garlic
1 tsp Herbes de Provence (or of your choice)
1 small red chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Knob (2oz) butter
olive oil and butter to pan and melt butter.
