Recipe for :

Shrimp and Blue Cheese Fettuccine
This is one of the recipes that has been provided by Shirley Cline from San Fransisco.


4 oz. blue cheese
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tblsp. half & half
1 lb. small fresh shrimp, cooked, shelled & deveined
8 oz. cream cheese
4  scallions, finely chopped
1/3 cup dry white wine
Black pepper


With cheeses at room temperature, combine with wine and half 'n half in a 2 quart casserole. Add seasoning and shrimp. Bake at 375ºF until heated through, about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettucine.

Serves 4
