Crazychef says "As with most of my recipes the chillies are optional".


2 - 3 avacado peeled and sliced thinly
8 oz fresh crab meat preferably white
50 ml white wine
Juice of 1 lime
Peel of ½ lime
250 ml double cream
2 tablespns grain mustard
2 fresh chillies thinly sliced

  • In a frying pan heat a little butter
  • Add avacado, chillies and fry on low heat for 1 minute
  • Add the wine, cream and lime juice and reduce by half
  • Add the crab meat, grain mustard and peel
  • Heat through and cook until sauce thickens
  • Serve immediately with warm rolls or salad

Serves 4 as a starter
