fish in Dale's for 30 to 45 minutes and pat
dry with a paper towel. Dale's is very strong
and will permeate the fish quickly, so don't
fish on a grill, gas or charcoal, and sprinkle
with the lemon/pepper seasoning.
for approximately 10 minutes, turn, sprinkle
again with the lemon/pepper seasoning and cook
for about 5 minutes.
the top of the fish with Parmesan Cheese, close
the cover so the cheese will melt, and cook
until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
