1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup crab meat
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked (see recipe at

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  • In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, sour cream, flour, sugar and milk until thoroughly blended. Stir in crab, cheese and onions. Spread into pie shell.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serves 4 - 6
