Prosciutto Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 package - 2 sheets Puff Pastry Sheets
8 oz. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
Grey Poupon Mustard to cover
8 oz. Provolone Cheese, grated
4 oz. Parmesan Cheese

Method
  • Thaw pastry and roll 14 x 14 inches.
  • Spread thin layer of Mustard on each sheet of pastry.
  • Divide Proscuitto in half and place half on each sheet.
  • Divide cheese in half and place half on each sheet.
  • Roll each sheet into tight roll and pinch seams together.
  • Slice into 1/4 inch slices and place on ungreased cookie sheet pan.
  • Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 425º
