Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Filling:
2 cans Pie Apples, canned
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Rum Extract

Topping:
1 Cup Quaker 100% Natural Granola
1/2 Cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oat Meal
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 Stick Butter

Method
  • Pre-heat over to 350º.
  • Add Vanilla and Rum Extract to Apple Pie Filling and place in light greased 9 x13 inch Pryex baking pan.
  • Put all the topping ingredients into a blender and chop until butter is cut into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle topping on top of Apples, pressing down lightly.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 mintues.
  • Serve with cream.
