BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 dashes hot sauce

Method
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Makes 1 cup
