gm whole chicken cut into large pieces
1 tsp Paprika
1tbspn lemon juice
Salt to taste
200 gm yogurt
1/2 tsp Paprika
salt to taste
2 tbs ginger paste
2 tbs garlic paste
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbs corn oil
Butter for basting

and clean the chicken.

a mixture of Paprika,lemon juice and salt to
the chicken and keep it aside for half an hour.
the yogurt into a muslin cloth and hang it for
15 - 20 minutes and drain out the whey.
Paprika, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon
juice, Garam Masala powder and corn oil to the
yogurt and mix well.
this marinade to the chicken pieces and chill
for 3 - 4 hours.
a preheated oven at 210ºC bake the pieces
for about 15 minutes until golden brown, baste
the pieces with butter and turn them on the
other side and cook for about 15 minutes or
till they turn golden brown.
