in a water bath in the oven, cook for about
an hour until the top of the bread pudding is
puffy. Make sure to check on water in the bath
as it will dissipate in the oven.
the Bread pudding is cooking make the Brown sugar
saucepan melt the cube of butter, then add the
brown sugar, water, spice and salt, whisking
for about 1 - 2 minutes.
sauce off the heat.
the beaten egg and add a little of the suace
to it to temper it so when the egg is added
it will not scramble.
the little bit of sauce is added to the egg,
slowly whisk in the egg with the rest of the
sauce and place back on heat for 1 minute to
the Bread pudding is out of the oven wait 10 -
20 minutes and add the brown sugar sauce over
the Bread Pudding, let sit an additional 45 mins
