Ingredients
1/2
cup hoisin sauce
3 T rice wine (or sake)
2 T scallion, minced
2 T soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp sugar
Method
Blend
all ingredients in a glass bowl. Use to marinate
ribs, pork chops or flank steak for at least 8
hours before grilling over medium hot coals or
a medium heated gas grill.
