Ingredients
4
x 8 ounce Swordfish steaks
1 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup White wine
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
2 clove(s) Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 Jalapeno peppers, diced
Method
Blend
all ingredients together to form the marinade.
Place
fish in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade
and refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes.
