cup Soy sauce, dark
1/4 cup Sweet sherry
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, light
1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
all ingredients and whisk together.
