Ingredients
6
Rib-eye Steaks
1 bunch Scalllions, minced
2 tablespoons Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
3/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
3/4 cup Mushroom soy sauce
3/4 cup Rice vinegar
3/4 cup Lime juice
3 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Canola oil
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
Method
Combine
all ingredients except the oils. Season with
salt and pepper. Shake well.
