Spinach with Cream Sauce

Ingredients

Fresh Spinach
150 gr of fresh cream
25 gr of butter
Salt and pepper

Method
  • Wash the spinach.
  • Cook your fresh spinach 5 minutes in boiled water.
  • Plunge them into cold water, strain them and mince them.
  • Reheat your spinach with a bite of butter, salt and pepper.
  • Add half glass of fresh cream.

Note:
Spinach can be served with different kind of meats such as: Veal, Beef or Pork. Fried croutons with butter can be served with spinach.
