of whom is eighty-six and the youngest is thirteen,
who collect recipes and love to cook.

I've been cooking and collecting recipes since
I was in my teens and have a very big collection.
I collect from magazines, friends, newspapers,
brochures, advertising material, and product recipes,
the net, recipe groups and a list of other places.
If I've taken the recipes from the web or from
a magazines, there should be a source but sometimes,
over the years, it wasn't collected".
the oven to 450º.
1/4 cup of the butter in a small skillet and
add the mushrooms. Cook,stirring often,until
the mushrooms are wilted and give up their liquid.
the shallots and garlic and cook briefly.
the mushroom mixture into a mixing bowl. Let
cool briefly, then add 2 tbsp. of the remaining
butter, the scallops, bread crumbs, parsley
and salt and pepper to taste.Blend well.

under the broiler until nicely browned on top
