pkg angel hair pasta
3 tbs butter
1 small onion sliced
1 large red pepper, julienne
2 1/3 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup chopped green onions
10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 tbs.Cajun seasoning
a large sauté pan, heat butter over medium
heat until melted.
the red peppers and onions until tender, 3 -
in the Cajun seasoning and heavy cream. Cook
until sauce is reduced by half.
in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook
angel hair pasta until al dente. Drain and keep
the green onion and shrimp to the cream mixture.
Cook until shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes.
