Shellfish with Parmesan Cheese

"As I love to cook, my hobby is collecting recipes from many countries. A short time ago I started my own catering service, as well as doing my other job which is bookbinding. Both I do at home. Before that I was working for an oil company, but it recently closed down its operations in Peru"

12 shellfish in their shells*
Parmesan cheese

  • Put on a baking sheet or pyrex, 12 shellfish in their shells, drizzle over each one a teaspoon of butter or margarine, dash of salt, pepper and 2 Tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  • Place in a hot oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and sprinkle with a little bit of lemon juice.

*The approximate size of a seashell here is 2 inches which you can substitute with clams.
