I love to cook, my hobby is collecting recipes
from many countries. A short time ago I started
my own catering service, as well as doing my other
job which is bookbinding. Both I do at home. Before
that I was working for an oil company, but it
recently closed down its operations in Peru"
loaf bread without crust
1 can evaporated milk
3 ozs. Butter or margarine,
3/4 cup raisins,
1/2 cup nuts,
1/3 cup brandy.
3/4 cup confectionner´s sugar
bread into small pieces and soak in milk.
the butter and leave to cool.
the eggs and add to bread mixture, together
with the melted butter, raisins, ground nuts,
lemon rind and brandy.
well and pour into greased baking pan and cook
in double boiler oven at medium temperature.
3 egg whites until stiff together with 3/4 cup
of confectionner's sugar.
the pudding is unmolded spread this over top
of pudding and bake until browns a little.
