Bollito Misto
 

This recipe of the Piedmont region of Italy comes from the web site of cru-doc.com who are online suppliers of wine and food native to the Piedmont region.

Ingredients

Beef (rump and shoulder)
Veal (breast, head and tongue)
Chicken
1 big onion
2 carrots
2 sedans (can anyone tell me what these are?)
a bunch of parsley
salt

Method
  • Cut the vegetables big and put them in a big pot with parsley; add abundant salted water.
  • When water boils add beef first and after an hour veal and chicken.
  • Serve the bollito adding hot broth. To enjoy with piedmontese sauces.
