Sausage, Peppers and Onions Fettuccine

James. Martin, who originally comes from New Zealand,
is now living with his wife and children in Copenhagen
as he is currently principal Dancer with The Royal Danish

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also be
talented in the kitchen as well but he has agreed to
share some of his recipes with us which is great news.>
Tablespoon Olive oil
1 pound Italian-style link sausage
2 medium Onions, sliced
1 large Green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, crushed
1/4 cup Red wine
1 1/2 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 pound Fettuccine, dry
the oil in a skillet. Add the sausages and cook fully.
