1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced, fresh ginger

1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
1 pound (about 5 cups) fresh, white mushrooms,
a small saucepan combine vinegar, sugar, peanut
butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger,
salt and crushed red pepper.
over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until
hot, about 4 minutes.
in a large bowl place mushrooms; pour hot marinade
over mushrooms; toss to coat.
stand at room temperature to blend flavors,
about 20 minutes.
