Recipe for :

Chicken Balsamic with Angel Hair

This recipe comes from Next Door to the Chicken Market, the second Italian recipe book written by Vita Greco. The new 140 page recipe book contains more than 100 new recipes of all the Italian dishes made by Vita Greco and her family . . . appetizers, main dishes, pastas, chicken, meats, vegetables, soups, salads, sandwiches, sauces, gravies, breads, desserts, specialty items, and even a Wine Chart.

"I first heard of making Chicken this way from my friend, Judy. She had gotten the recipe from her daughter, Kathleen. They're two Irish women who think Italian and cook Italian. I put a bit of my ideas into it by including the Macaroni, Cheese, and Tomatoes. Italian women have a tendency of always including Macaroni, Cheese, and Tomatoes into foods".

Fresh Basil to taste
