This
recipes comes from Dancer
and Graphic artist Martin James. Martin, who
originally comes from New Zealand, is now living
with his wife and children in Copenhagen as
he is currently principal Dancer with The Royal
Danish Ballet. You will be able to find out

published.
Being
so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should
also be talented in the kitchen as well but
he has agreed to share some of his recipes with
us which is great news.

Ingredients
2
tablespoons light soy sauce
4 Salmon steaks
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Green ginger sauce:
1/2 cup parsley
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 cup olive oil
1 hard cooked egg
1/2 cup chives, chopped rough
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
Black pepper, ground
Method
Green
Sauce:
Place
the parsley, chives, capers and onion in the
bowl of a food processor or blender. Process
only until finely chopped.
Add
the olive oil, lime juice and egg. Purée
until smooth.
Add
ground black pepper to taste. Set aside.
Salmon
steaks:
Combine
the soy sauce and sugar.
Brush
each salmon steak with the soy sauce mixture.
Barbecue
(grill) on a solid plate (griddle), turning
occasionally until the salmon is cooked.
