Ingredients for Swedish Dill Sauce

1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp vinegar
7 tbsp oil
chopped dill
pinch of salt
ground white pepper

How to make Swedish Dill Sauce

  • Mix the mustard powder, sugar, egg yolk and vinegar.
  • Once the mixture is thoroughly combined, pour the oil gradually into the mixture whisking as you do so to belnd it.
  • Add choped dill and season to taste.

Swedish Dill Sauce is served ideally with Gravadlax or smoked salmon or trout. Great with White wine etc . . .
