tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp vinegar
7 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
ground white pepper
to make Swedish Dill Sauce
the mustard powder, sugar, egg yolk and vinegar.
the mixture is thoroughly combined, pour the
oil gradually into the mixture whisking as you
do so to belnd it.
choped dill and season to taste.
Dill Sauce is served ideally with Gravadlax or
smoked salmon or trout. Great with White wine
