1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, diced
3 tbsp candied orange peel
1 tsp lemon juice
1 - 1/2 qts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 tsp almond extract
cream until stiff peaks form.

Place in the refrigerator to harden, about 1
