lb. fresh crab meat
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 small onion, minced fine
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (or to your taste)
Old Bay Seasoning
together cream cheese, butter, onion, and Worcestershire
crab meat, then mix thoroughly.
into two balls about the size of a grapefruit.
roll each in Old Bay Seasoning, working to keep
a nice firm ball. Refrigerate.
with crackers or French toast.
