Ingredients

400 gms Beef Tenderloin, Sliced
6 pcs Shallots, Sliced Finely
2 tbs Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbs Soy Bean Oil
1 pcs Lime

Method

  • Mix all ingrediends in a bowl and marinate for one hour.
  • Place the meat on little skewers and char grill until cooked.
