Recipe for :

Angel Hair with Alfredo Sauce and Crab

Ingredients

1 lb. Angel hair pasta
8-10 oz. fresh lump crabmeat

Alfredo sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Method
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • Make the alfredo sauce by melting the butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
  • Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.
  • Stir in parsley.
  • Add the crabmeat and drained pasta to the Alfredo sauce and stir through until hot.
  • Top with extra cheese if desired.

Serves 4
