and Graphic artist Martin James. Martin, who originally
comes from New Zealand, is now living with his
wife and children in Copenhagen as he is currently
principal Dancer with The Royal Danish Ballet.

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also
be talented in the kitchen as well but he has
agreed to share some of his recipes with us which
is great news.
/ Pulao or meat dishes are in perfect harmony
with a bowl of cold raita. There are many variations
of the raita and the most basic recipe is given
below. Be more creative and lace it with spices,
herbs and greens if you may. Your creation will
truly stand out on the table, for who does not
love a bowl of exotically seasoned curd?"
cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 cups thick curds(yoghurt)
Salt to taste
together all the above ingredients in a large
bowl and chill.
about 1/2 an hour before serving.
