Ingredients
250
gm sugar
125 gm butter
4 pc eggs
375 gm flour
500 ml milk
20 gm baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 pc bananas (purée)
sq vanilla essence
Method
- Cream
together the sugar and butter and then add the beaten
eggs gradually, and put to one side
- Blend
the bananas with the milk and vanilla essence (in
a food processor)
- Sift
together the flour, baking soda and baking powder
- Mix
all the ingredients together and pour into a well
greased cake/loaf tin
- Bake
at 180°C for 40 - 60 minutes or until a small
knife comes out clean when inserted into the cakes
centre
- Remove
from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for 5 -
10 minutes
- Turn
out gently onto a cooling rack to thoroughly cool

Note:
If
your mixture appears to separate when adding the beaten
egg, just add a little of the sifted flour from your
recipe and continue to mix, this will hold your mixture
together .
