Ingredients
250 gm butter
150 gm brown sugar
50 gm water
250 ml cream
Method
- Melt
the butter over a medium heat
- Add
the brown sugar and water
- Heat
gently until the sugar has dissolved
- Add
the cream and simmer gently for 6 - 10 minutes
