Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

250 gm butter
150 gm brown sugar
50 gm water
250 ml cream

Method

  • Melt the butter over a medium heat
  • Add the brown sugar and water
  • Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved
  • Add the cream and simmer gently for 6 - 10 minutes
  • Serve while still warm
