This
is one of a couple of barbecue salmon recipes for you
to enjoy. The recipes could easily be adapted for any
fish steaks that you might prefer.
I
love barbecues - the smell of them, the taste, the lovely
barbecue sauce, the whole al fresco dining experience.
Problem is, I live in the UK and so at the drop of a
hat, we can find our barbecue coals being rained on
and have to move indoors.
So
- I have entitled this section on my website "Grills
and BBQs" because I am a realist - I am NOT a pessimist
despite what my family say about me
Right
now, the Sun is warming up in the UK and I am looking
longingly at my old Weber kettle barbecue - I shan't
be making any long term plans but I might just put a
few salmon steaks on the shopping list this week - if
the sun shines this weekend, we'll barbie - if not,
I'll grill or bake.
This
second of my barbecue salmon recipes gives you that
lovely charred pattern on the fish from the grill.
Ingredients
4
salmon steaks
2 tbspns lemon juice
paprika
garlic salt
salt and pepper
Method
- Take
the lemon juice and season to taste - brush over the
