Ingredients

Method
- Sift
together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, stir
in cornmeal

Beat lightly together eggs, milk and oil
-
Stir egg mix into flour mix, and beat until smooth
-
Pour mix into prepared muffin moulds, round cake tin
or loaf tin (2/3’s full)
-
Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes
- Cover
with tin foil after 5 minutes to prevent excess browning
