Ingredients for Barbecued Mushrooms Andalucian Style

6 - 8 large oyster mushrooms (or 18 - 24 small)
Ground black pepper (a generous amount)
Olive oil

How to make Barbecued Mushrooms Andalucian Style

  • Cut the mushrooms in half or into thirds, place on the barbecue, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper. (If the mushrooms are small cook them whole.)
  • Allow to cook for a few minutes, turn over and repeat the process.
  • Serve and enjoy!
