Ingredients
for Serrano Ham with Vine Tomatoes

- 8 thin slices of Serrano Ham
2 - 3 medium ripe tomatoes
Fresh crusty bread
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Fresh herb of your choice (basil, sage, parsley, oregano)
Salt and pepper to taste
How
to make Serrano Ham with Vine Tomatoes
- Arrange
the Serrano ham onto a plate.
- Slice
the tomatoes and add to the plate.
- Finely
chop the herbs and sprinkle over the tomatoes
- Drizzle
with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Serve
with fresh crusty bread.
You
can add olives, almonds and Manchego cheese to this
dish to make a truly spectacular tapas selection or
