Crab and Cream Cheese Hors d'oeuvre

It
is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has
been created from recipes contributed form all over
the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A
great many of the recipes do not have any details as
to who sent them in or from where they came. It would
be a shame not to share them with you for this reason
alone.
This
is one such recipe. If you know where it originated,
or perhaps it is even yours, let me know and I will

Ingredients
8
oz pkg cream Cheese, softened
8 oz crab meat
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp Horseradish
2 oz slivered almonds
1 x salt
1 x pepper
Method
- Blend
together all Ingredients except almonds and put in
shallow baking dish.
- Add
salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle almonds over top and bake at 350F° until
slightly browned on top.
- Serve
hot on lightly toasted bread.
