Crab and Cream Cheese Hors d'oeuvre

It is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has been created from recipes contributed form all over the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A great many of the recipes do not have any details as to who sent them in or from where they came. It would be a shame not to share them with you for this reason alone.

Ingredients

8 oz pkg cream Cheese, softened
8 oz crab meat
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp Horseradish
2 oz slivered almonds
1 x salt
1 x pepper

Method

  • Blend together all Ingredients except almonds and put in shallow baking dish.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle almonds over top and bake at 350F° until slightly browned on top.
  • Serve hot on lightly toasted bread.
