lb crab meat
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 x egg, beaten
1/4 cup Cracker meal
1 x garlic to taste
1 x pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 lb butter
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tarragon vinegar
1 tsp white wine
Ingredients, heat, and serve over crab cakes (see
parsley and chives may be added if desired.
