is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has
been created from recipes contributed form all over
the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A
great many of the recipes do not have any details as
to who sent them in or from where they came. It would
be a shame not to share them with you for this reason
alone.
This
is one such recipe. If you know where it originated,
or perhaps it is even yours, let me know and I will
add the necessary credits and acknowledgements.

Ingredients
2
lb scallops
4 oz tin mushrooms
1 tin (10 oz) cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 x bread crumbs (topping)
1 x grated cheese (topping)
Method
- Cut
large scallops in half.
- Combine
the scallops with the mushrooms, mushroom soup, sherry
and tarragon
- Place
on individual baking shells or in a shallow rectangular
casserole dish.

Sprinkle with medium layers of bread crumbs and grated
cheese.

Bake at 350F° for 1 hour.
