x bananas, ripe but not soft
1 x butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 x rum, dark
2 ripe, but not soft bananas and cut in half, then
a few tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
2 - 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and stir.
