Ingredients
for Mussels with Pesto
4 Qbags
1.2 kg mussels
2 stalks of white celery
1 red and 1 green pepper
1 large onion
50g pesto
herbs - dill, chive and basil
400ml white wine
How
to make Mussels with Pesto
- Cut
the celery, the onion and the peppers into small pieces.
- Put
a quarter of the mussels and some vegetables into
each of the Qbags and pour 100ml white wine over the
mixture.

Flavour the mussels with some fish spices and a spoon
of pesto.
- Fold
the Q bag opening twice to seal end tightly.
- Put
the mussels onto the BBQ for about 10 minutes (until
they are all open) or put them in the oven at 200°C.
