Ingredients
for Potatoes Canary Island Style
3 or 4 medium potatoes,
Olive oil
Salt
Jar of Salsas de Salteras Moho Picon Sauce
How
to make Potatoes Canary Island Style
-
Wash the potatoes with the skins on and cut into bite
sized pieces, then season with salt.
- Heat
enough oil in a large frying pan to fry the potatoes
and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain
on kitchen paper and serve with a generous amount
of Moho Picon Sauce.
