The best way to achieve, crispy golden potatoes is
to use natural Iberian Lard. This is a great alternative
to goose fat as it gives the potatoes a delicate flavour
and they do not absorb the fat, making them really crispy
for Golden Roast Potatoes
3 - 4 medium potatoes
200g Iberian Lard
to make Golden Roast Potatoes
and wash the potatoes and cut into quarters then cook
in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes until
put the lard into a roasting tin and place in the
oven, turn the oven to high.
